Chengdu Biotech (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a supplier of high-purity compounds designed for in vitro research, biochemical studies, and laboratory applications conducted by trained professionals.

We do not manufacture pharmaceutical products, medical treatments, cosmetics, food supplements, or consumer goods. Our entire catalog is restricted to research use only.

By purchasing from Chengdu Biotech, you represent and warrant:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are a qualified researcher, lab technician, or work under direct supervision of a qualified professional
• You have full legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You will use our products exclusively for legitimate scientific research
• Your jurisdiction permits the purchase and importation of research compounds
• You understand and accept all risks associated with handling, storage, and disposal
• You will not resell, redistribute, or repurpose our products for human consumption, pharmaceutical use, or any non-research application

You assume complete responsibility for how our products are used, stored, handled, and disposed of once they leave our facility.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. We may update our policies at any time — your continued use of our site means you accept those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel accounts, or deny service to anyone at our discretion without explanation.

We accept cryptocurrency exclusively (BTC, USDT, USDC, PYUSD, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Tron) priced in USD equivalent. At checkout we quote an exact amount in your chosen coin and lock it for a limited window — 24 hours for dollar-pegged stablecoins (USDC, USDT, PYUSD) and 4 hours for coins whose price moves (BTC, ETH, TRX). If payment does not arrive in full within that window, the quote expires and you can request a fresh one.

Cryptocurrency transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed, refunded, or charged back once broadcast to the blockchain. We do not hold or process your funds — payment goes directly to a blockchain address. You bear full responsibility for:

• Sending the correct amount
• Sending to the correct wallet address
• Sending on the network we specify — tokens such as USDT, USDC, and PYUSD exist on more than one blockchain, and funds sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else
• Verifying transaction details before confirming payment
• Any errors made during your payment process

Orders become confirmed only after payment is verified. We may cancel orders if payment cannot be verified.

Our facilities dispatch orders within 48–72 hours of confirmed payment (excluding weekends). Once your package is handed to our freight forwarder, it moves beyond our control into the carrier network. We cannot intercept, redirect, or expedite shipments after handoff.

You must provide:

• A complete, accurate, deliverable shipping address
• Valid contact information (phone and email)
• Availability to receive delivery or arrangements for someone to receive it

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier hands off the package at your address. From that moment, you own the product and bear all responsibility.

We operate two warehouse locations.

Overseas warehouse (worldwide). Two speeds are offered at checkout: Expedited, approximately one week in transit, and Standard, approximately two weeks in transit (estimates only, not guaranteed). Tracking is provided by the freight forwarder within 3 business days of dispatch.

US domestic warehouse. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after dispatch. US addresses only; limited product selection.

Some destination countries carry a country-specific international surcharge, shown as its own line item at checkout before you pay. Expedited service is offered only to eligible destinations — where it is not available, checkout offers Standard.

Remote areas (rural zones, territories, islands) may incur an additional $30–50 surcharge, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.

Shipping timeframes are estimates based on normal conditions. They are counted from dispatch, not from when the order is placed, and do not include warehouse processing (1–3 days), time waiting for carrier pickup (1–3 days), or time in customs. Actual transit can vary significantly.

International logistics involve numerous variables outside our control:

• Carrier congestion and capacity
• Route changes and carrier network decisions
• Weather and natural events
• Port delays and container scheduling
• Customs processing at origin and destination
• Political or regulatory changes affecting shipping corridors

Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival periods cause temporary suspensions of freight forwarding services. When services resume, accumulated shipments enter the network simultaneously, causing predictable delays that can extend 2–4 weeks beyond normal timeframes.

We will not investigate shipping delays until day 25 for international orders or day 10 for US domestic orders. Contact us at chengdubiotech@gmail.com after these thresholds with your order reference and tracking number.

Once tracking information is provided, monitoring your shipment is your responsibility. You must:

• Track your package regularly using the provided tracking number
• Arrange to be present for delivery or make other collection arrangements
• Contact your carrier immediately if a delivery attempt fails or a package is returned
• Pay all applicable customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and carrier fees in your country
• Collect your package within the holding period set by the carrier
• Notify us immediately if your address is incorrect, before shipment

Chengdu Biotech has no visibility into your country’s customs rules and cannot advise on duty calculations. Your carrier or customs authority can provide this information.

Packages returned to sender, abandoned at carrier facilities, or destroyed due to non-collection are not refunded or reshipped.

Customs authorities operate independently. We have no control over their decisions and cannot predict, prevent, or influence customs inspections. A customs delay is not grounds for a refund or compensation.

If your package is seized (confiscated or refused entry): we will reship one time at no cost to the same address, provided you supply official documentation of the seizure.

If a reshipped package is also seized: we will issue a full refund of the product value. No further reshipping occurs.

A seizure must be confirmed by customs documentation — packages that are simply delayed or lost in transit do not qualify as seizures and follow the lost-shipment policy instead. Reships and refunds depend on you having provided accurate shipping information and following all terms herein.

Final sale after dispatch. Once your order leaves our warehouse and enters the carrier system, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, do not refund for change of mind, and do not issue refunds based on personal assessment of the product. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after payment is confirmed.

Lost or stuck shipments. If tracking shows no movement for 25+ days (international) or 14+ business days (US domestic), contact us with your order reference and tracking number. After verifying the tracking status we will arrange a complimentary reship. We do not refund lost shipments — we reship them.

Customs seizures. See section 9 — one free reship with documentation; a refund of product value only if the reship is also seized.

Damaged or wrong item. Record the unboxing of your order to verify contents. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos and video. If confirmed, we arrange a replacement shipment at no cost. We do not issue refunds for wrong or damaged items — we replace them.

Quality disputes. Personal assessment alone will not trigger a refund. If you believe a product does not meet our stated purity specification, independent testing through Janoshik (janoshik.com) is required — the only testing facility we recognize. If Janoshik confirms the product falls below 98% purity for standard products, we refund the product value plus the Janoshik testing fee. Testing must be performed on an unopened vial from your order, and we may request the original Janoshik report. Results from other labs will not be considered, regardless of credentials.

Shipping channel closures. If regulatory enforcement or carrier decisions suspend shipping to your region while your order is open, we will contact you directly and offer a reship when the channel reopens, or a refund if the closure extends significantly. You do not need to chase us — we proactively contact affected customers.

Refunds cover the product value only and are issued in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to the wallet address in your payment transaction. We do not compensate for inconvenience, reimburse other expenses, expedite replacement shipping, or make partial adjustments.

• Incorrect address provided by you (including transcription errors)
• Your failure to be present for delivery
• Unpaid customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees
• Packages you failed to collect within the carrier's holding period
• A single customs seizure (a reship is offered instead)
• Research outcomes you're unsatisfied with
• Orders cancelled after payment confirmation
• Products ordered by mistake or change of mind
• Personal assessment of quality without Janoshik testing

You agree not to:

• Purchase or use our products for human consumption, animal consumption, or veterinary use
• Resell, distribute, or repackage our products as supplements, pharmaceuticals, or food additives
• Submit false or fraudulent information during checkout
• Use our platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent our security systems or payment verification

All products are provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind. We make no claims about suitability for your specific research application, achievement of particular research results, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability. Research using our compounds is conducted entirely at your risk; we are not liable for experimental outcomes, failed procedures, or research results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chengdu Biotech, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury or property damage, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any outcome of research conducted using our products.

Our total liability for any single order does not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We do not guarantee website uptime, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses or malicious components.

Before pursuing formal action, you agree to contact us in good faith and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

Any dispute arising from your use of our services or purchase from us will be resolved through binding individual arbitration only. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration, and you waive jury trial rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chengdu Biotech and all associated parties from any and all claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use or misuse of our products, violation of these terms, violation of any law or others’ rights, or research conducted using our products.

This policy describes how Chengdu Biotech collects and uses information from visitors to our site and customers who place orders. By using our site or purchasing from us, you accept these privacy practices.

To process and fulfill your order, we collect:

• Your name
• Shipping address
• Email address
• Cryptocurrency transaction ID or payment proof
• Customer service communications
• Delivery and tracking information

That’s it. We collect only what’s necessary to get your order to you.

We deliberately do NOT collect:

• Credit card numbers or bank details (we only accept crypto)
• Government ID, passport, or national identification numbers
• Social security numbers
• Your browsing behavior or activity history
• Third-party advertising or tracking data
• IP addresses for tracking purposes
• Cookies for analytics or retargeting

We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or data brokers.

Your information is used exclusively for processing your order and verifying payment, shipping your package, sending order confirmations and tracking updates, responding to support inquiries, preventing fraud, and maintaining accounting records.

We do NOT use it for marketing, profiling, behavioral analysis, selling or sharing with third parties, or building advertising profiles.

Your data is shared only with our freight forwarder and shipping carriers (name and address only, to deliver your package) — and no one else. We never sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal information to marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.

Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on public blockchains. Your transaction ID and payment amounts are permanently visible on the blockchain — we do not control this and cannot hide, alter, or remove this data. By paying in cryptocurrency, you accept that your transaction is permanently public record.

Our site uses only functional cookies required for basic operation (your shopping cart, session state during checkout). No analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party monitoring cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect checkout functionality.

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting employee data viewing, rate limiting against automated attacks, and secure storage practices.

Our services are for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we discover we have, we delete it immediately.

We may update this privacy policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of our site means you accept them.
